What happens if the cleaner is sick?
Here at Cleaning North West, if your regular cleaner is sick or ill, we will strive to send a replacement to cover your cleaning schedule. If this is not available, we will phone in good time to rearrange your cleaning. We will never simply not turn up.
Can I meet you before going ahead?
We understand how daunting it can be to allow an unknown person access to your home. As a result, we do encourage face to face meetings before you book a cleaning. This also gives each of us time to ask and answer any additional questions that might pop up. And to arrange a time and schedule to suit both parties.
Do I need to supply cleaning materials?
Here at Cleaning North West we will provide a range of cleaning materials so that you dont have to. However, if you have a particular product you would prefer us to use, we are more than happy to use anything you provide.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
This is entirely down to you, the customer. Many of our customers choose to book regular cleaning slots because they struggle with housework or because of their hectic schedules. As a result, many of these appointments are booked either weekly or fortnightly. However, you will have your own requirements and so the regularity of the cleaning will depend on how you feel.
